The moment we talk about it, memories of soothing aromatic oils rush to our mind. You might have done a lot with it till now, but have you ever eaten it? Well now you can, with our Eucalyptus honey!
Eucalyptus flowers readily attract bees due to their bright colours and abundant nectar. Eucalyptus honey is mostly mono-floral i.e. obtained majorly form one species of flower. It is slightly darker than normal honey and has a very pleasant aromatic smell. It is not too sweet and has medium herbal note to it. The honey offers almost all the medicinal values of Eucalyptus with a refreshingly warm and woody caramel aftertaste. It works amazingly well as a healthy sweetener to your drinks, teas and as salad dressings.

Our harvesters, after exhaustive research, choose the most appropriate and quality location for placing the bee boxes. Sunflower honey is harvested from the mesmerizing sunflower fields in Nagpur, Maharashtra, during the winters. As bees are capable of imparting properties of the blossom to the honey. Did you know that sidr tree is believed to be guarding the only gateway to God? According to a narration in Quran, beyond the Sidr tree on the 7 th sky, lies the realm of God where even the mighty angels cannot enter. Such is the majestic legacy of sidr and the honey harvested from this gorgeous tree is equally spell bounding.
A lot of people believe that only the sidr grown in Arabian countries are authentic. Well that is not true. Over the years, the tree has made way to a lot of other countries, India being one of them. Rajasthan, the stunning desert landscape has a vast expanse of Sidr or Wild Berry far away from human populace and pollution. What makes sidr honey such a novel thing is the fact that the trees bloom only for around 30 days in a year. Hence, the timing and technique are of immense importance. Our expert harvesters always ensure that the bees get to the right plants, at the right time. Sidr honey has a golden colour but it can darken over time. It is very sticky, has an aromatic smell and a rich buttery taste with very little to no aftertaste. Considering the number of health benefits associate with this organic sidr honey, it can be called liquid gold!
